Cristina Farjas
PhD student at the University of Zaragoza in the Department of Marketing Management and Market Research at the Faculty of Economics and Business.
His research focuses on analyzing how Artificial Intelligence transforms the consumer experience and exploring its application from a responsible, ethical, and sustainable perspective. He has published his research in The Service Industries Journal. His work has been presented at major international conferences such as The Annual Conference of the European Marketing Academy, The AMA Winter Academic Conference, AEMARK, and ACEDE.
