F. Javier Sese

F. Javier Sese is an associate professor of marketing at the University of Zaragoza (Spain). He has several research areas of special interest that include customer value management, customer retention, multichannel customer management, loyalty programs, and the dynamic modeling of customer-firm relationships, with a particular emphasis on the study of IT industries and financial services. His research has appeared in various scientific journals including Journal of Retailing, International Journal of Research in MarketingJournal of Service Research and Journal of Interactive Marketing.
